VICTORY VX Kraken MKII 50 Watt Tube Guitar Amplifier

Feel your guitar tone in the depths with the Victory VX Kraken MKII. Taking all the features and tones from the original Kraken, the MKII adds multiple new features making it a versatile 50-watt compact head that you can use at home, in the studio or on the biggest stages. Channel 1 is voiced to be hot rodded British bite with searing mids and a thick low end and channel 2 represents all of the punishing high gain that is loved from US voiced amps. As a new feature the MKII now features a dedicated chiming clean voicing making this head one of the most versatile amps on the market. The dedicated eq section applies to both channel making quick changes on the fly simple but powerful, and enables the MKII to keep its compact size. For fans of tight metal tones the Kraken MKII features a bass focus switch which hits the preamp in a similar way as a TS style boost which keeps the low end punching and brings out definition in the mids, making palm mutes jump out of the speaker. If 50 watts is too much the VX Kraken MKII also has a half power mode that runs at 25 watts to achieve power amp saturation at low volumes.
