The PRS NF3 is a very unique entry into the PRS lineup, being the first guitar in the SE Series to feature the PRS Narrowfield pickups that were first designed for the NF53. These Narrowfield pickups have been made taller to accommodate more winds and built with extra metal pieces between the magnetic poles, these design decisions have led to a pickup that retains the brightness and clarity of a single coil but sounds fuller than a traditional single and is also humbucking, making it an excellent option for almost any guitarist at any gig. The NF3 features a bolt-on neck similar to the PRS Silver Sky however unlike that guitar it features a 25” scale length similar to other PRS models allowing you to whip around the fretboard a little bit easier.
