Building on the success of PDP’s Concept Maple Classic Series with wood hoop drums, PDP is proud to present its Bop cousin. PDP’s Concept Classic Maple Bop Kit delivers time-honored, open tonality, reminiscent of calfskin drums, but can still be tuned for a variety of musical contexts. The 3-piece Bop Kit comes in traditional Bebop sizes: 12”x8” mounted tom, 14”x14” floor tom, and 18”x14” bass drum. The 6-ply toms and 7-ply bass drum all feature the same vintage-style, low-profile claw hooks and maple-plied counterhoops as the full sized Concept Classic series kits. Featuring a very classic and time honoured Natural Lacquer with chrome hoops, this Concept Maple Classic kit bridges the gap between modern build quality and vintage aesthetics. Includes PDP hardware pack; does not include Snare, cymbals or stool.
