This hardtail ‘87 Eclipse takes a classic mahogany body and maple neck pairing to give some serious midrange grunt with top end clarity. A Tonepros Locking TOM & Tailpiece and the time-tested Seymour Duncan JB/’59 combo demand to be chugged and rifflords of all styles will feel right at home on the Thin U shaped neck. Push/pull coil splits give the Eclipse some serious versatility to handle the clean sections as well as your overdriven pentatonic riffs.
