For their 150^th Anniversary Epiphone wanted to bring back some of their classic models like the Wilshire, one of their most popular solid body guitars, which was introduced in 1959. This guitar features an all mahogany construction using the 1963-style asymmetrical Wilshire body shape and a D profile 60s SlimTaper neck with an Indian Laurel fretboard, topped off with the classic “Batwing” style headstock. All of the electronics used in this guitar are high quality, made-in-the-USA components from the Switchcraft 3-way toggle switch to the Gibson USA Mini Humbuckers, ensuring you’re ready to rock every time you pull this guitar out of it’s 150^th Anniversary Hardshell Case.
