CORT Space 5 Star Dust Black Headless 5-String Bass Guitar

The Cort Space 5 is both a throwback to a piece of Cort’s history as well as being a killer, modern, headless bass. Based on the Space range of basses created by Cort in the 80s the Space 5 pays tribute to its Steinberger-licensed roots while also thoroughly bringing it into the 2020s. This bass’s construction borrows a lot from the rest of the Cort Artisan range but with much deeper contours and cutaways which make it even more comfortable to play. The body is made up of soft maple with a poplar burl cap and it has a bolt-on, 7-piece roasted maple, walnut, purpleheart and maple neck to ensure a nice and clear tone as well as a stable neck. Equipped with the Bartolini MK-1 pick-ups and an active preamp with a 3-band EQ the Space 5 has a wide-range sound that can suit any genre.
