The Blackstar HT Club 50 MK2 all tube head is a screaming 50 watts of all tube fury packed into a compact head loaded with innovative features. The EL34 tube driven design is distinctly British in character yet has all of the sparkle and clarity that American tube amps are known for. This two channel, four voice behemoth starts with 2 different clean sounds, one is a muscular UK voiced chiming voice which is great for rhythms and the other is a shimmering, clear modern clean tone, ideal for jazz and anything that requires a pristine bell like tone. The over drive channel kicks things off in voice one with strong UK rock mids, and can match the power and attitude of the most famous British rock amps. Voice two is purely at home in modern metal with a huge low end that never gets mushy, a strong mid presence that cuts through dense walls of distortion and a clear, biting top end with plenty of pick attack.
