AMPEG Venture V7 700w Bass Amp Head

The Ampeg Venture V7 head is Ampeg taking their classic grunt and power and putting it in a package that’s more suited to the modern bass player. The Venture series amps feature a 3-band EQ with a sweepable mid knob as well as the iconic Ampeg Ultra Hi/Ultra Lo switches with an additional position on the Ultra Lo in order to give you even more control over your EQ section. These amps also utilise Ampeg’s Super Grit Technology Overdrive circuit which features both SVT and B15 voicings, perfect for those seeking the classic growl of the SVT or the more vintage warmth of the B15. All of the circuitry inside is analog apart from the Class D solid state amplifiers.  The Venture V7 is the middle amp in the range, with the ability to output 700 watts @ 4 ohms and featuring a variable compressor, despite being lighter than most typical guitars at around 3.1kg.
